• Eclipse (a Java IDE) - First Steps - install Eclipse, then create a project and import my JavaCert project.

• Eclipse & Tomcat - including Struts (Free Web Tutorial) - setup an Eclipse project from scratch (java servlet, jsp (JSTL) & java bean) and setup an Eclipse project for existing Tomcat web app.  Examples include webs apps that come with Tomcat, Struts, Standard Project (JSTL).
